Regarding the 2 post before this:
Yes, you can LAN more than 4 Xboxs, up to 16. Read my earlier post for examples of which games do that.
And no, it's not obvious that you will be able to LAN 16 Xboxs for Halo 2. Besides, the point of this thread was to see if anybody else wanted the ability to LAN MORE than 4 boxes while STILL supporting SPLIT-SCREEN. Again, read my earlier post. A lot of games that allow you to LAN up to 16 Xboxs do not allow split-screen, like RTCW, Soldier of Fortune and Counter Strike, which is too bad because getting 16 tvs under one roof is quite difficult. Other games Like Rainbow Six 3 or Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow also do not allow split-screen on a LAN. Supporting split-screen would at least cut the number of tvs needed in half - 16 players on 8 tvs. Crimson Skies is a shining example of how a developer did it right! You can LAN multiple Xboxs (not sure how many, I'm guessing 8 - have done 5) and it still supports split-screen (up to 4 per screen). I hope that Bungie does the same with Halo 2 and if you do also vote for option 1.
