What were those surround sound headphones called? Bungie used to have a news post about "What You Need To Be Prepared For Halo 2" or something, but now it's not in the archives. I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me before 'Judgement Day' (Nov. 9).

Also, if anyone knows where I can order them, then that'd be a HUGE help.

in the australian Xbox mag they had a comp to win a pair of 5.1 surround sound headphones. there not the official ones but they are the same thing. and the officiall ones are way over priced anyway. ill find the name. give me a tic

found em. they are made by a company called Peridyme adn they are called HitVideoLab 6-channel Home Thearter Headset. and they have Dolby Digital and DTS surround sound with 8 internal speakers. and they vibrate. and they have a stereo jack and 5.1 channel input.

It depends on what sound inputs it uses. The xbox high definition pack does 5.1 through an optical cable. You will need a sound device that takes that, or some kind of mixer that will convert it to a 3 stereo-mini plug system if that is what the headphones use.
