Me too. I can't see the "Logo" on top or create new topics because my screen is messed up.

That's my exact problem.

Clear your browser's cache.

Clear your browser's cache.

By pressing F5.

By pressing F5.
Doesn't always work. Clearing your cache does though, if that fails.

although that might be an issue on the computer (browsers cache) most likely they(bungie) may have changed ip class thus the dns (domain name service) would be a bit messed up, since it is happening to one or more people.. restart the computer...has nothing to do w/ local cache

No, it's the cache. I had the same problem. The problem is that the browser isn't saving the new stylesheet, and is instead using the old one.

how about no scott..., when you restart the computer it makes a "request" to the server for the new ip block and or dns, just like releasing and renewing the ip... and since it is happening to mulptiple ppl on different domains.... ITS not the cache on a single computer.. its the server handing out the IP. kinda like a proxy server not having the correct info

The thing you need to do is "force reload". That is Ctrl-F5 in IE. CSS files expire every three days, and usually your browser gets a new one properly, but yours did not this time.

one more time...... since this is happening to different ppl , with different domain (ip blocks) the dns server is at fault , from your isp, restarting the computer or releasing and renewing the ip will then pick up the new dns from the server....

Like I said, doesn't always work. If it doesn't, then it's cache clearing time.

The DNS record is held by your ISP. Renewing your IP address won't do anything. It's happening to different people, but I bet they're all using the same browser (IE in my case).

For some reason, since they added these new features, the site has not been displaying properly, I beleive it may be my monitor, but I am not sure.
