And it's your connection that's slower than turtle sex.

In........................................................Out .

Should we have the option to both run and walk in H2V? Mainly because people will want to make Machiminas, is it a good idea?

The few, the proud, the leet.

If you want to walk, just rebuild the map with refined controls. It's been done before, and it can easily be done again.

I say yes there should be an option to walk. It would not be all that hard to add into the game. Games such as AA have made it so you press the shift bar once to run and again to walk.

Well one point is that you don't show up on radar when you move slowly, and it is EXTREAMLY useful for machinima, I would know. We can always use a 360 controler, but it if we could use the mouse weel to ajust things like that, then I would be happy.

umm, i could walk in h2 on xbox, you just dont hold down the thumbstick all the way, so with a controller on h2v you would do the same, idk what you would do on a keyboard, maybe map your movement axis to the mouse?

Why would people want to make machinima films on H2V when Halo 3 is just around the corner?

To tell the truth, I seriously don't know... but people did make machiminas with HPC anyway.

No walk, just get the crouch to be slow enough NOT to trigger motion sensor.

Here is a question for all you who say no. Why not? The shift key was unused in Halo PC, let's give a a puropse, perhaps to make less noise?

QFT

There really isn't a great reason they SHOULD put it in. But there isn't a reason they shouldn't. It's a nice touch machinimas would love. I actualy am writing a machinima for Halo 2 Vista. The only reason is because I need the maps for the movie. Here's a Link to the cheesy company thats producing it.

Ya, I would have used the name Flyboy here, but it was taken, so I came up with the stupid name I have now....

I use a joystick, so to walk I just push it a bit, and to run I push it all the way forwards.

The shift key can be very useful. I use it for jump in HPC.

You can legally and easily-er install mods into a PC game than a console game.

For instance, imagine a PC machinima involving Marines and ODSTs instead of the usual SPARTANs featured in Xbox machinima.

The game wasn't ment for machina's it was ment for fighting.

It also wasn't meant for glitching, map making (at first), or developing a kick ass fanbase.

But it happened anyway.
