if you slow down the mouse to the controller's speed ( so you cant to 360 cat-like turns ) and take away the controllers auto-aim the controller is most likely to be on top.
KB&M advantages over Controller
you can spin around faster
can still aim while using other commands

Controller advantages over KB&M
you can move at more than 45 degree interval
can still move while using other commands

personally, i think it is easier to drive with keyboard and mouse and easyier to shoot with a controller
but i am all the way console

Ever play with split controls?
You have the left side of a controller in your left hand and mouse in your right. It works for me.
You need Joy2Key to do it though. But it gives you more options fro certain things. Like moving with a joystick, but getting pinpoint accuracy with your mouse.
Also if you ask any KB&M player they will tell you they can do it all at once.
I can move around while sniping someone then double melee someone who is getting close, thats all using just keyboard and mouse. Mouse is better for aiming though hands down.

shooters were made on the pc for the pc...it`s a game design made for keyboard+mouse playing...
u`ll never be able to aim better with 1 thumb than with your whole hand on a kickbutt mouse

As far as who's better I'd say it's a toss up, with either the kb&m or the controller, if your reaction time sucks you're going to suck at both of them anyway. Besides, the whole concecpt of moving and shooting at the same time came from the pc world, look how many years it took the console companies to get a game where you could move and shoot all at once. I remember playing fps on the psone and everytime you wanted to shoot someone you had to stop, aim, then shoot. I never played a console game that you could move and shoot at once untill the xbox came out.

no i disagree the controls rnt smoth on a contrler cuz hpc wasnt ment 2 b controld w/ da contrler

Seriously. The mouse and keyboard is still better for that. You just got to raise the sensitivity and move your mouse slowly across the pad.
