Okay I know that Sunrise Identity is the main force behind the Bungie Store. However I have a problem.

The other day or so I ordered the new Arc Storm Mylar that is in stock. I went to select my shipping method and it just had "Will Call (WA Residents Only)." I figured there was something wrong, but being an over zealous Bungie Fan I ordered it with that method. I figured I could go back in and change it, because the UPS option wasn't available. So I went to check on my order and I still noticed "Will Call" and the fact that I couldn't change my order options. I have used the Store before, but I never noticed whether or not you could change your order status.

So this is what I did, I E-mailed (or so I thought) Sunrise Identity about the issue asking if there could be a solution where I would receive the artwork. However I got a forwared E-mail back from AOL that the E-mail couldn't be received because the server timed-out. It is odd because I actually tried to go Sunrise Identities Website last night and I couldn't get to it. I just kept getting a "Done" loading message with no website.

So does anyone know how this can be resolved or what can be done about this? I really would like to own this piece of artwork.

I do not know the solution to this Zee, but I do know that the same is happening to me. So, I can back you up on this. The site part anyway.

You already tried contacting Sunrise, and that would be the only way I could think of to resolve this. Maybe a Bungie employee will see this thread, and the heart strings of charity will come over them, and they'll help you with this, because I have no idea what to do.

Usually, Will Call means that you will go and pick them up yourself. I doubt it would be worth you going to WA all the way from FL. Hopefully someone helps you with this, or I think you won't be getting your awesome artwork.

Hopefully, everyone who reads this now knows what will call is, and if something happens to resolve it, they'll know what to do if they're ever in your situation.

Does anyone here live in WA, close to the pick up spot? If so, perhaps you could contact Zee and help him get his purchased item.

I know that Washington recently got hit with a ton of power outages. Maybe this has something to do with your order. I cant be positive, but it might be a possibility.

Looks like sunriseid.com is down...Their server may have gone down during the recent wind storm. You should try contacting them again today! I'm not sure what's up with that "shipping only to WA residents" thing. I'll see if I can dig up more info on that.

Okay I will. Can I just ask them to re-do the shipping method? Or do I need to request a cancellation and re-order?

Edit 2: I can't seem to still reach the site. I don't know whether their servers are back up or not. If anyone knows more, please let me know.

I would like to thank Stosh and everyone who replied. My order was cancelled and I intend to re-order with the correct shipping method. I would also like to thank Sunrise Identity for dealing with this issue swiftly and professionally. I see why Bungie uses them to maintain the store. Thanks everyone :)
