Wideload games has finally released information on their new game, Stubbs the Zombie, and boy is it some juicy info. I'm sure that for any self-respecting Bungie fan, this is old news, but it's definitely worth a read if you haven't seen it yet. Never have I been so impressed(and amused) by a press release for a game, and now I'm hooked. I can't wait to hear more from Wideload about their game, and I hope that when it does come out, the company does well, because we all still care about those guys, even if they aren't employees of Bungie anymore.

I'm sorry, but being able to throw your innards at people and raising an undead army is just too cool. And if the game has humor like what was written in the press release, then this is a must-have for me.

I believe it was said that it was a modified halo engine. Have you seen some of the shadowing in the screens? It may not be as good as, say, halo2, but it looks to have some promise.

Galaga Junkie, you should change the title to attract more Bungie faithful. The game looks pretty cool though.

You're right. I always put weird titles on my threads because....I don't know, but is the title better now?

Not what I was expecting from Wideload (although to be honest I didnt know what to expect-so this makes sense, in a way) but this looks good...something for Bungie fans to keep an eye on, for sure.

It totally surprised me as well. I thought to myself, "A zombie game?! What are they thinking?" But then I realized that these were people from Bungie, and then I actually read the rest of the article.

Maybe I'm just tired and being negative, but I don't find their game to be very funny. For me its just to realistic to be comical. I dunno.

I suppose you don't have a sense of humor similar to The Man.

For those of you who care, there is now an official website for the Stubbs the zombie game at http://www.stubbsthezombie.com/ and Wideload has updated its front page.

By the way, I also put these new links at the top of the thread.
