Why is it that every clan seems to be controlled by some geek who is only out to give himself an ego trip by being the leader? And more importantly how do you expect someone to follow you when you have no way of proving yourself to be a suitable leader?

There has to be a clan out there that puts the egos aside and focuses on what really counts, teamwork and winning. Until I find a clan that fits my needs and my interests I'm staying out of that crap.

Show me a real TEAM and I'll be a happy soldier. Until then...I'm a gun for hire if anyone has an odd number and is in need of another player. My skills are versatile but I pride myself on my controlled aggression; knowing when to attack and take the head off my enemy and when to wait for backup or my sniper to open up a path with some cover fire. I routinely win CTF matches handicapped 2 vs. 3 and 2 vs. 4 with my partner, usually with a final score of 3 to 0 and a kill ratio in the 5/1 to 7/1 area.

If you are smart we will be fine, if you are an idiot (more likely than not) you'll wish you never met me or the butt of my gun.

You are a pitifull moron. You think that people should fight to have you in their clan? You ain't jack! You have nothing to offer. I've see people like you who don't want leaders in clans because you have some kind of issue with authority. Somebody like you would do nothing but cause drama and conflict in a clan because in the end you want to be the authority. Well guess what? there can't be that many chiefs and no Indians. On the battle field there has to be a clear and simple chain of command. Its not because someone's ego needs to be built up, its because it is a neccessity. Its the only way to win.

You are the idot!

Not once did I say clans should "fight" over me. I simply stated that for once I want a clan that isnt ruled by some insecure little peon (much like yourself). You have no idea what I have to offer so before you start making such outragous remarks like you did, I would think first. I do agree that there does need to be some manner of dicipline on the battlefield, any successful tactician will tell you that is the case. But why would I want to sign up and fight beside someone that I know nothing about??? I dont know if you can handle command, and I dont want to find out when it's too late. Is that so hard to understand? When I made my comment pretaining to "leaders", it was more directed at the people who try to use their false sense of authority to boss people around.

I must admit, having this little war of words with you and also noticing your abundant use of generic responses to posts has given me a good idea of what kind of clan you are a member of. ...a pretty crappy one, at best.

November 9th...I'll be waiting for you.

No, you didn't directly say that every clan should fight over you, but you certainly act like it.

And how do you know that I "rule" over my clan? I maybe the founding father, but two other members lead the clan with me. You have no idea how our clan works. It is fairly new but let me explain something to you. Our clan is made up of squads of 5-8 people. Each squad has a field commander. As a default, I am the field commander of our very first squad. At any time if the squad feels that the commander is not profficient or responsible in battle, a vote can be initiated by the squad to replace the field commander with the next in line. However, if the vote fails, there are punishements for the vote initiator. you are also able to transfer between squads if you prefer another commander. Authority is not absolute in my clan. There are systems to be sure that the right people lead.

Sure I can't be over-thrown as the owner of the clan, but I can be removed from leading a squad, thus becoming only a member of that squad. I apologize if this isn't on our group page. It will be on our web page as soon as it is finished. Just let me also say that it takes a lot of work to start and grow a clan. It was my idea and I have every right to make it how I see fit. If you don't like it, make your own clan up.

Aslo please understand that the reply on the classifieds for our clan is only an introduction. It simply is meant to explain ourselves a little. Its also a lot better than just saying "hey join us. go here".
