I just got a new Xbox with a samsung drive, and I've heard that it should be able to read burnt music CDs. I havent got one to work yet though.

I have heard that only a CD that is either an 'open' or 'closed' session CD will work; so which one is it, and what exactly do open and closed mean? Will an mp3 CD work?

If anyone can help out, thanks.

No burned CDs will work on an Xbox.

Buy the tracks you lazy chunk of crap.

I thought the Samsung would read CD-Rs or CD-RWs, and it was just the older ones that had the Thompson drive in them that wouldn't. But I agree, you should just buy the CDs rather than use a copied version.

Maybe that could be an option, but since I havent seen the Marathon soundtrack in a store, no.

Sorry, but I realy realy REALY REALY hate people who steal from starving artists...

Ohh...I see. You were just implying that I'm a 'lazy' thief. Again, thanks. But since the mp3's in question are available free for download , that is not an issue.

And 'starving artists'? ...yeah. Right.

Try doing an online search or something. Google it.
