I actually had to open it to get the names of some of the CD's, but all 5 in order are:

1) sublime : 40 oz to freedom
2)They Might Be Giants : Flood
3)Weezer : The blue one(I still don't know the name of it Lol)
4.Deftones : Just a mix CD
5. Enigma: MCMXC A.D

An odd mix to be sure. But I'm about to switch Deftones for the Rentals, Enigma for OMD and TMBG for Skynard or Beethoven.

Woah

This thread got bumped back up?

Well, right now I'm back to listening to some 2pac; still got that Ozzy going for whenever I get off work; it's the perfect "just got off work" kind of music :)

With B.B. gone, the passion of Bungie.net has lessened.

Old Skool.

I think Iron Maiden is Old Skool (well, started old skool... they're still around and still making good music).

Well...I'm am usually constantly changing the types of music that is in my CD player since I seem to get songs stuck in my head a lot. And because of that I most likely will have a "Grizzled Ancients", "Old School" or "Newbies" CD in my player.
In each category there is usually:

Grizzled Ancients and Old School: Led Zeppelin (my favourite band), The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, and sometimes The Doors, Steppenwolf, Cream, and Rush.

Newbies: Blink 182, Linkin Park, Nirvana, The Used, The Strokes, Our Lady Peace, Coldplay, and sometimes Weezer, P.O.D., Treble Charger and a bit of Oasis.

ALL of the bands in my Grizzled Ancients and Old School categories are amazing, amazing bands and musician and should definately be checked out by anyone who loves music like I do. All of the bands in Grizzled Ancients will show and teach what real music is.
In my Newbies category there are some great bands. If you haven't heard of bands like Nirvana, Blink 182, The Used, Linkin Park, The Strokes and Coldplay you must have been living under a rock for years. All of these new rock bands help brighten up the new rock scene because they help bend the limits and the sound of rock music much like the bands for the 1960s and 1970s did.

All of these bands and musicians should definately be checked by all of you. Bands like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and the legendary Jimi Hendrix should definately be heard by anyone who loves music. So what are you waiting for! Go listen!

I have green day greatest hits in my cd player. But i dont really listen to that because im in a great band that fits all of the sounds together to make the ultimate sound. In other words... my band kicks a$$ and lots of people come to see my concerts. We rock.
