I'm not sure about websites, though logically, I would guess that copying and pasting all the HTML (or whatever code it's written in, I'm no expert) into a Wordpad or notepad document would be a good way to save it all. This, given that you have access to the website's code in the first place.

If you're talking about forums, if you've got admin priviliges, most BBSs come with some method of backing up your forums so you can easily restore them when necessary.

Don't drink to excess– You might shoot at tax-collectors... and miss

Computer: Power Mac G5 CPU Type: PowerPC G5 (2.2) Number Of CPUs: 2 CPU Speed: 1.8 GHz L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB Memory: 1.25 GB Bus Speed: 900 MHz

ATi Radeon X800 XT Mac Edition

If you used FTP software to put the pages on the server, you can use it to reverse the process and copy them off the server.

If you used a web design package like GoLive or Dreamweaver, and you don't have the originals, you may be able to use their software to copy the files back to your computer.

If it was one of those click and build sites you get from your ISP, you might be able to download it somehow, but you'd have to ask you ISP.

Or you could try using the "page source" option in your browsers view menu, (that's where it is in in Firefox for Mac). That'll give you the html source code for the page you're viewing. You can copy that and save it as an html file. If it was from a click and build site it may not work on another site.
