GeForce 7600 GT
The best card for the money. Unless you're rich, of course, then you can get a GeForce 8800 GTX.

I'm anxious to see what ATI will come out with though.

There are plenty of inbtween cards ranging from the 7900gs which is just 50 dollars more than the cheapest 7600gt to the x1950xtx at ma mere $370 and then to the 7950 GX2 with the cheapest being 10 bucks shy of $500. Prices are current as seen on newegg.com.

I had the same scope blur problem. Everyone saying "oh it's just supposed to be like that", stop trying hard to NOT help, and actually read what he writes. Although he didn't add a pic, it's still clear (no pun intended). Yes, everyone knows the blur is supposed to be outside of the scope, so you don't get the full view of your surroundings(sp?) while scoped in (probably for multi-balance issues). But his (and mine) had our blur INSIDE the scope, which made everything INSIDE the small circl-ish reticle only to be seen clearly. Just think how hard it is to 3sk someone a mile away, or snipe someone, with that small circle reticle, when all you can see is blurred vision.

I don't know how this can be fixed externally (as in without editting the config.txt), but you can just get rid of the annoying blur, increase your FPS, and "shiny" up your environment furthur through Nessy and punkmattbassist's trick. That's how I did it. I mean, c'mon, who actually likes the scope blur?
