Can someone confirm this?

I read something on Gamespot that related to the "Bungie will work on something different after Halo 2 (not Halo 3)" rumor, but it also stated that a bunch of Bungie employees would be leaving after Halo 2 to join Seropian at Wideload. Is this true? Will future Bungie games suffer from this movement?

I would hate to see the future games at Bungie take a turn for the worse because a bunch of original employees jumped ship. Say it isn't so!

Bungie hire's "contract" employees from time to time. After a "contract" (in this case HALO 2) is done- employee's are finished working at that location. For Wideload to hire them - fits with their business plan- and doesn't mean people are "quiting" Bungie.

Even without some of the most recently hired employees, I'm sure that Bungie has tons of talent, and I wouldn't be worried about a decline in the quality of the games they make. Besides, it's a good thing that Wideload is picking up more people, because that will be one more game studio to bring you humor and high-quality games, and it's not like anyone from Bungie is going to dissapear off the face of the earth into some obscure game company that makes crap games.
