It means your thread was locked.

You could read what the moderator replies and take hints from them.

It means your thread was locked because it was either in the wrong forum or it broke the rules. In most cases the mod who locked it will leave a post explaining why it was locked.

Narwhallace Smithington: Gone, but not forgotten. Never approve of anything lil guy. <3
Furious George: The new -blam!-

You'd find that reading the rules are beneficial. I read your two threads (polls) and they both have been covered before, or broke the rules somehow.

I read your threads. As many have already stated, it is because your thread was against the rules, or was in the incorrect forum. If you wish you may find the rules within the Code of Conduct, The Terms of Use, and of course the straight forward rules. Read these, know these. After this, hopefully you will understand why your threads were locked. And hopefully you will refrain from doing the same mistakes in the future. After all, one cannot learn without making a mistake.

Uh, to be specific, the two threads you've created were:
* One containing semi-racist comments against Mexicans, and it was completely off-topic for "The Underground"
* The other was about bringing Team SWAT back, which is a dead horse topic. There's a SWAT thread every 20 minutes or so, it gets old. One thread is enough. You basically made a repeat thread. And in your thread, Paranoia summed it up well:

1) If your playlist is removed it is gone .
2) One thread/poll will not bring it back.
3) One thousand threads/polls will not bring it back.
4)Bungie has their reasons do not question them.
5) If your playlist does happen to return throw a party.
6) If you can't live without your playlist then I hope you like customs.

That is why both your topics were locked.

Your thread was locked.

If you can't find your thread, it has been moved to a different Forum page. To find out where, click on your locked thread, and click, "View Original Post." The link will take you to the Forum page that consists of your thread.

Why it is locked is because it probably didn't follow the rules. Making too many useless threads can get you in a short ban.

Your thread may be moved when it belongs in a different Forum page. Discussing every day things go in the Flood, group advertisements go in the Classifieds, Halo 3 info goes in obviously the Halo 3 Forums, and the same for Halo 2 general. Each Forum page discusses different things (if you haven't decoded that yet).
