i play with 60fps and no problems but thats like the only game that plays well, even worse graphic games like fligh sim 2004 plays with like 17>,?? i have a nvidia 6800xt and latest everything concerning updates on my sytem

Err...if every game BUT Halo doesn't run, I doubt if there's much we can do after all.

Have you checked out your processor speed? It could be that or the RAM you have on your computer.

Or just spyware. You weren't too specific in your descriptions.

could having ram running at diff speeds affect this problem, ex. 2 333mhz 2 400mhz

Halo PC is more than three-years-old, and in the PC gaming world, that's pretty damned old. Even with Halo PC's poor optimization for PCs, it being a graphics whore and such, today's midrange PCs can handle such an old game without too much trouble.

wtf you are running 2 different speeds of ram at once? Never heard of anyone trying that before, and I was sure that it wasn't supposed to be done.

Yeah, having two different types of RAM that run at different speeds is just asking for trouble. Even RAM from different manufacturers can cause issues.
