Please be more specific. I assume you mean the site, in which case you can either send a private message or simply use an instant messaging program.

You're being very ambitious, when it could be easier just to use other methods.

I'll move this to the Septagon, where it could have been put.

Yeah, it is a bit confusing in regards to in what capacity you mean by instant messaging.
As for this site, I think it would be pointless and somewhat counter productive. Spending time to add that feature into the site when there are already so many well established messengers out there just wouldnt make sense.

If you are talking about in-game Halo 3, then I still would have to say no. There are already ways to message by voice and text, as well as through private chat. While im playing 360 I'm generally not on AIM or another messenger. If I need to message someone, I just do so while not playing 360.

I've challenged my beliefs. What is the book about?

I find that this is usually untrue. If religious people honestly, diligently and intelligently challenged their beliefs, there would be no religious people.

It might make up for the fact that you can't chat on this site and nobodehs ever not stupid enough to just go to gabbly, or MOAP....

Yeah the gabbly flood fad is pretty good reasoning why this shouldnt happen.

Read about the Forgotten Spartan I Program
Butane: To protect the world from devastation!
sir_brilliant: To unite all people within our nation!
Rainman89: To denounce the evils of truth and love!
sir_brilliant: To extend out reach to the stars above!
SpaceGhostFlyer: Jessie!
Butane: James!
sir_brilliant: Team Rocket blasting off at the speed of light
Butane: Surrender now or prepare to fight
sir_brilliant: Meowth, that's right!

For one thing, the poll is uneccesarry. To my knowledge, no poll has ever swayed a bungie employee to do anything.

Secondly, as was previously stated, such a feature is superfluous because of a) Pming and b) things like AIM and MSN.

The poll isn't unnecessary, it's interesting to see how many people agree and disagree in a statistic form.

Bungie listens to its fans! ^.^ | Ninja .II./ You
RCG: In ur base, steelin' ur flagz. | Watch the demo, then join the carnage!

Affix "www.gabbly.com/" to the front of any url to load a chat window for anyone viewing the same page. For instance, the main bungie one would be http://www.gabbly.com/www.bungie.net.

We use this in our clan and group network here on the site, and it's really very useful. It does require people to do it, though, and many don't know of its existence or are simply too lazy. =)

Although most people seem to use the Flood forum gabbly, so pre-fix it onto there.

If you mean like a chat room, that would get pretty messy. If you mean just a little button under your post next to "Reply" and "PM" which allows you to directly contact the user over whatever medium you use, maybe.
