Heyyo,

HT only really works if games support it, otherwise the gain (if any) is not noticeable, even a framerate loss if the game screws up.

So for halo? disable it if you like, tbh I don't think it'll make a big diff. The only games I really know that are HT enabled is those with the intel logos I think... so like POPT2T and such...

What graphics card are you running?

nvidia 6800 xt and dual monitors, i got moh pacific assault today and it runs great, and i also noticed on the box it was it plays well with my processor, intel p4 w/ ht, and it does...

if i can run this at 60+fps why can i only run flight sim 2004 at 20? it makes no sense to me,

be back after scho tom.

No use in turning on dual display if you only use one monitor.
I don't think it takes down performance, but Halo should run fine, with or without hyperthreading.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

How does it not make sense that two different games run differently?

Here is a spectacular idea for you to try out. Try disabling dual monitors and then try running it. Then enable them and run it like that, see what works better.
