2nd Movies / games in Trilogys are always hard to follow lol. In Star Wars though you knew what was going to happen.

Wow, that's great for you. Now, what is this thread for again? By the way, I don't see how you would know this, considering Halo 2 hasn't been out yet. Unless you're talking about your experience on the Xbox version. Which in that case, go (back) to New Mombasa.

0.o......!

One of the biggest bombs dropped in the history of cinema was the line "No Luke, I am your father." No one saw that coming and they debated it for two years until Return of the Jedi came out.

A lot of people didn't like Empire Strikes Back because it was the second act of a three act play and it was dark. The rebels were getting their asses kicked from one side of the galaxy to the other, Luke left his training before he was ready, Han Solo got wtfpwned in carbon, and then the biggest bad guy of all time chops of our heroes hand off and says "my bad, Son"! But because of that the Empire is said to be the best movie of the trilogy. Now the same probably isn't the case with Halo2 but it was the second act in a three part play and that why most didn't like the story. It felt unfinished because it was unfinished. And the damn consolers get to finish it in Nov.

Nobody knew what Darth said, even the actor playing him. Just Lucas.

Ya, everyone thought the line was
"Obi-Wan killed your father"
The only people who knew were Kirshner, Lucas, and Hamill. Then when editing came around, they replaced the words with:
"No, I am your father!"
Lucas wanted to suprise everyone, even his own crew.

I killed your father? When? Why am I just being informed of this?

Oh well, I must've had a good reason.

I cant really say anything about suprises in campaign because i read the books before i played the game. As a result, the only real reason i played through campaign is to get used to the controls.

I would have to say that mp is better, simply because the people you're played have brains.
