Yup, definitely The Maw. The part where you have to drive the Warthog is so intense!

Assault on the control room. Long, plenty of vehicular fun, sniping, you name it. And although I enjoy the flood, I always like killing Covenant better. It involves more tactics, and I love to hear grunts scream.

Two betrayals. That is where the climax of the story is. It is the definate "save the entire universe" level and, for me at least, has more tension to it. You have no help, fighting the covenant and the flood at the same time in a race to shut down halo before it can go off. It is the level that exposes the first real strands of actual tru7h and opens up so many more mysteries. Also, the winter night setting is the coolest of any level. Every time I play my hair still stands up on the back of my neck when MC walks up and out of the last tunnel into the winter night, the title "Final Run" pops up and "Under Cover of Night" starts playing. One of the coolest, if not the coolest single part in the single player experience. Two Betrayals just plain rocks.

Halo,

Remeber, other than the ship, this is the first time weve actually seen the advanced graphics in Halo. I was literally blown away. That was the first time i actually stopped playing a game to just look at the sky, and the water. I mean, it was just breathtaking.

Two Betrayals.

Can anyone tell me why the level is called "TWO (2)" Betrayals? Seems like I was only betrayed once in the level to me...

Two betrayals. I like starting with the shotgun. Getting banshee's alot easier. No flood for long enough.

Two Betrayals. It's the biggest gauntlet of the game and tests all your skills. Anyone can drive over elites with a Warthog, but taking out the last line of Covenant on TB is serious.
