You've got to think crazy, of course, because you only get innovation by refining insanity. - Jason Jones

If we get a new website entirely, i wonder if its possible that we get a feature. Im not sure if i have seen this idea or not. But say your browsing the new forums, and you see a member that you want to play online with because he or she seems like a cool member. You hover over the members name and on the right side of the page pops up a member profile, showing idk different things, things like gamertag, a short bio or something. That would do away with the member profile sections, maybe saving some space.

Or you just click teh name.. :P I hate 'pop-up' windows like that, where they show up when you hover over something.

I would like to see more profile space, actually. (With a "Bio" or "about me" spot, etc.) Of course, none of this is really needed that much.. If you want to play with someone, send them a PM for their gamertag or other contact info, or if they're tag is linked, you can add them to your Friends List. It's pretty simple and 'space-saving' as is.

While this is true, you would have to hover over the pesons name, which is small and pretty hard to do by accident considering most people i would think use a scroll wheel or the scroll bar on the right. And it would save people the time of loading a new page.

More space in the Bio would be nice.

I wouldn't want pop-ups that go up from just hoving over a word/link. I think a good alternative woud be little pop-up boxes that come up ONLY when you click on something, perhaps in the space where their Member name is. This could save a little time on navigation if you wanted to get the run-down on somebody's profile while in the forums without having to exit the page to do so. If you had a linked gamertag that was publicly viewable on this site then it could show up in the box.

I like the clicking on their name to get the popup idea better.

anyone who's played more than you has no life

anyone who's played less than you is a noob

use FireFox and the Mile Wide Back extension. You'll never look back.

as for increased space in the bio; why? The people I want to know about are on my friends list already.

-Quaere verum.

Got a report? Use the report tool or send a pm.
Chairleg Productions presents: 'Console Wars' and 'Games as Art?' (also on Halo Waypoint).

Maybe something simple like an alt tag on the name or avatar which displays the gamertag name? Perhaps something a bit more elaborate than that...

Trailer Park Boys ~ One of the best Canadian made comedies ever.

Why do we need a new site? This site kicks ass

(10:20:17 PM) Pezza: You were the one with the video camera breathing heavily. Of course you saw.

New site entirely? Err.. I personally like it the way it is now.

I don't believe it'd save too much space, because it'd be putting that very same information into another page, probably slowing down web speed because it needs to load the extra.

Frankly, I think you're just being lazy.

I wonder if we'll ever get some Web 2.0 goodness on B.net. That would be cool.

Yeah, or simply view their profile.

Maybe we could scroll over their User Name and see if the member is on or off-line.
