Hi everyone I didn't know where to put this so I thought it would be here. I tried linking my gamertag to my windows live account so I can use it on bungie. I do everything right, then it ask for parental permission after my mom signs up everything, it asks for prefrences or something like things u can enable. Well after she was done she clicked next and it takes you back to the page where it says parental permission needed and when u click yes it asks u for the parent's email again. The process repeats over and over again how do I link it now? Please help anybody. Thanks!

Maybe your parent's email identifies your mom as a minor or something. We are not tech support. Oddly enough, The Flood is probably the best place to go for Tech support. Failing that, try Xbox.com.

i have the same problem, and i cant figure it out! im still on the 2 month free trial, and it says on the xbox live migration wizard that the 2 months have to be over, and then u can migrate to a 360, so its probably the same thing if ur still on a 2 month. if u arent, then xbox.com is messed up :)

Yeah the exact same thing happens to me, my dad's email clearly says that hes an adult and allows him to set the preferences, but then it just goes back to the parental sign in afterwards. I think its just a glitch with Xbox.com.

Edit: Once I get a 360 I'll just lie and say I'm 18 instead of 16 so I won't have this stupid problem.

I wouldn't rely on xbox.com support. They always say, quote "We apologize for the inconvenience. I understand that this had been a frustrating problem to you". And that's usually it.

And yeah, occasionally the stupid age restrictions are a problem. Lying like that is not bad if you're forced to do so to get yourself past some unnecessary obstacle.
