Eh, a bit better, but it seems like your bringing up the same stuff over again. Not that its bad, but there is definetly alot of room for improvement. What I did to help me out to make better montages was to watch others that were well made.
Heres an example of one that was well made, Bstews Final. Good kills, great action, superb editing.

If you can learn to use Sony Vegas to edit, instead of Windows Movie Maker, that will definetly help alot. I admit, I have not even begun to see what Vegas can do, but by watching other final montages, you get a feel for what looks good.
Heres what I've learned so far about montage making..you can take my advice if you want, but this is what Ive learned from experience.
Do: Get double kills, preferably with a sniper, headshots, in a shielded server.
Do: Make nice scene transitions, but dont go overboard with them.
Do: Match footage...even if you arent in KW or HPT, if you do some scrims and do well, that kind of footage gets better reviews than footage taken from pub servers. If people see you beating other players that are known to be skilled, more power to you.
Do: Sticky nades. Not footage of spamming them, but the kind where you stick someone in one attempt.
Do: Flick shot sniper hits, or sniping out of a hog.
Dont: Noob kills....self explanatory. Exceptions are being you rocketing a moving hog from a fairly large distance and scoring a double kill.
Dont: Never get footage from no shields servers. Its easy to score kills on there with a random body shot from a sniper.
Also, if you are experiencing framerate lag when recording, lowering your graphics (and sometimes sound settings, especially if your sound card is onboard and not dedicated) settings helps. If you are blinded by the flames and the gun muzzle flashes, turning Particles to low helps. Don't turn them off completely, they are useful. If you REALLy want to squeeze as much framerate as possible out, try these settings.
Resolution: 640x480 (I personally run 800x600, even though I could easily go higher, I like having lots of FPS)
Refresh Rate: Up that as much as it will go, I use 85 Hz.
Framerate: No Vsync; always, always use No vsync.
Specular: Off; since your running the no scope blur config, I would turn specular off, since it makes for bad lighting and (to me anyways) isnt visually appealing.
Shadows: This ones up to you, but off = slightly more framerate
Decals: This one should be left off if you want more framerate, because the blood and thousands of bullet holes and nade marks can cut framerate. Besides, decals can be misleading to some since thats not where your bullets hit anyways (thanks Gearbox).
Texture quality: High
Gamma: This is a personal choice, but dont go overboard with too much gamma.
I don't know anything about GameCam, so I cant really help you there, but with FRAPS, recording at half size allows for more framerate. What I have my fraps settings on is half size at the 50 mark.
If you absolutely need some good servers to jump in to get some footage, the KNFr servers are a good bet. Usually very good players frequent them. There are 3 servers that they run, all Chicago based. The 8 man (208.100.16.6:2302), runs Free for all gametypes. The 10 man (208.100.29.136:2302) runs team gametypes, and same with the 12 man (208.100.16.5:2302)
