Since a couple of you guys already came up with the correct answer, Iron Man by Black Sabbath, I'll have to post my 2nd favorite: Vide Infra by Killswitch Engage.

All we are is dust in the wind......

What is the best song in the wrold?
I vote for the tenacious D song, "tribute" (to the best song in the world)

Do you know what song the tribute was too?

If you listen carefully you can hear a few rifs from Led Zepplins Stairway to heaven, noted as one of the best rock songs of all time.

I personally feel that Beastie Boys, Sabatoge is the best song cause the video is soo rad.

Only if it's in an anime series, anime series soundtrack, or a trendy movie like Kill Bill, or a trendy movie like Kill Bill's soundtrack u_u

Not until the 27th of this month. The fansubs were abundant though, until the series got licensed.

Hmm.

One thing I don't really get: Why is Kusanagi in the film just like she was before? She does look a lot younger (probably a side-effect of lower-budget animation) so my theory was that she grew up rather quickly after her transormation. Either that or she's a new Kusanagi. Ah, well, I'll find out soon enough.

From my understanding, the series either takes place before the movie, or takes the place of the movie. Having not seen the end of the series, I can't say for certain which is which, but the prominent villain is very much like the Puppetmaster.

To tell you the truth, I never really found Yoshiki attractive. I used to really like hide though. Even though he's erm... dead.

Bittersweet Symphony by some guy.

That'll be The Verve (not just Richard Ashcroft).

For me, the best song in the world is 'Josie' by Steely Dan.

People of the Sun by Rage Against the Machine---I think it's one of their most innovative songs...Tom Morello plays the whole thing with an Allen Wrench instead of a pick. Who would think to do that?

Also, Revolver by Rage is a great song because it has kind of a toned-down verse part, and then it builds up into an awesomely intense chorus.

And then, there's Since I've Been Loving You, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, and Immigrant Song by Led Zeppelin. Since I've Been Loving You has this awesome blues-y vibe in it, Babe I'm Gonna Leave You has a sweet kind of Spanish sounding theme to it, and Immigrant Song is just plain awesome.

Oh, and I can't forget the stirring and unforgettable Halo theme. It still sends chills up my spine every time I listen to it.

In Summary: I have too many best songs of all time.

I'd agree with whoever posted the comment about how there can't possibly be one best song, simply because of difference of opinion. And besides, people's tastes change far too much to have one perfect song - your definition of perfection changes over time.

Although just for the hell of it, my favourite song at the moment is probably Superstylin' by Groove Armada. Or maybe World at Large by Modest Mouse? Angel by Massive Attack is great also. And Know your Enemy by RATM, and a bunch of other RATM songs as well.

No one has any idea, do they?
The best song is hte spiderman theme tune.

Spiderman, Spiderman,
Does whatever a spider can
Spins a web, any size,
Catches thieves just like flies
Look Out!
Here comes the Spiderman.

Is he strong?
Listen bud,
He's got radioactive blood.
Can he swing from a thread
Take a look overhead
Hey, there
There goes the Spiderman.

In the chill of night
At the scene of a crime
Like a streak of light
He arrives just in time.

Spiderman, Spiderman
Friendly neighborhood Spiderman
Wealth and fame
He's ingnored
Action is his reward.

To him, life is a great big bang up
Whenever there's a hang up
You'll find the Spider man.

The End by The Doors is an excellent song.
