Yes, I forgot to mention that, set the affinity for halo to CPU 0 by right clicking on the process in Task manager then hitting "set affinity".

If you're running Halo in 16:9 or 16:10 you're better off moving your POV back a little to actually make use of the screen.

It forces the executable to only use one core or what ever cores you set it to use.
