Yes.

It is people like you that make people like me need medication.

Yes they do. However you can't adjust the deadzone of the controller and the 360 controller is really really sensitive. You will find it hard to run up narrow areas because of it.

It's much easier if you use the D-pad for movement on Halo PC. Much easier. What's going to cause you the most trouble is adjusting to lack of reticle magnetism on Halo PC. It is possible to be good at Halo PC with a controller, but it is much easier with keyboard and mouse (this comes from someone who has experience with both).

It does work, but there are some very annoying issues with the analog sticks such as being stuck strafing and the camera continuing to move after you have stopped pushing the stick in that direction. The triggers controlling the z-axis also poses some problems. Enough of these little things keep it from being enjoyable to play with the 360 pad.

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

The 360 headset works also when you plug it into the 360 controller. :)

It can be used as a speaker too instead of your default ones. But the quality lacks.

Yeah, I use mine for teamspeak as well, because my mic on my headphones is broken.

Yea. I use my 360 headset when using Xfire while playing Halo on the PC. It feels just like playing it on my 360. LOL

I can vouch for this, because I've used a 360 controller too. As got milk12 said, there is no aim assist for Halo, so it is much different from the Xbox version.

Haha, Vick Sr, your intentional misspellings and incorrect capitalization make me laugh.

You've got to have some insane skill or just be plain stubborn to use a mouse and keyboard to "get over it".

Yes, but the sound quality sucks--you're better off just using speakers or a headset.

It depends. Which controller are you going to use for Halo; wireless or wired?

If it's wired, simply plug it into a Windows XP-based PC, and follow these instructions carefully. It's easy. Don't sweat it.

As for the wireless controller, you're going to need the wireless gaming receiver before you can use it. Follow the instructions in the link I gave above.

By others opinions, I hold my own in Halo PC with a 360 controller. Just because you use one doesn't mean you will be pwned.

Yes, but more importantly, why would you want to play a PC FPS with a console controller?
You beat me to it.
