I often wonder when I look back on old threads about theories or 'skulls' and the like, and see certain posts that seem too good... Like someone knows what's going on and is dropping hints to help us.

Bungie would want people to find the secrets they've hidden in the game, or else there would be no point for them...
Does anyone else think that Bungie staff could be posting things in threads, (not just on Bungie.net), to help us when we're onto something, or spur us on when were losing interest...?

It is a possibility I guess, I'm not sure if Bungie would go to such lengths to help us out. Who knows?

Everything will be gone long before me. When the first living thing was born, I was here, waiting. When the last living thing dies, my job is finished. I'll put the chairs on the tables, turn out the lights and lock the universe behind me when I leave.

Yes: case in point-superjumping

How the hell can someone figure that out. "Hmm...I'm going to press A,A,B,X,X,R, while crouching; then jump right here and face the wall and press X,X,Y,A,A. Then jump off this ledge."

Well the same can be said with most things. How did people figure out that splitting an atom will create a nuclear reaction?

Some things said in the 'first' skull thread I found interesting...

But yeah, someone help find some evidence... I have seen some before, but I don't think I will be able to find it...

And I agree there are some awesome guys out there that find and do stuff the creators could have never imagined possible, just head over to HIH and you'll see what I'm talking about...

Another question I guess I was indirectly asking... Do Bungie staff members have Bungie.net accounts that no-one knows about, and they just cruise around on the forums and post things and humour us?

The Frozen Minority - The most infamous clan borne from the Seventh Column.

This place is made of alternate accounts on top of old ones with the old ones still active. It's like coral. New built upon the old but still oddly similar. It will change one day, coral bleaching me thinks.

Yeh I'm reading and such for my Adv. English course so humour me a moment here.

I don't think that those people were Bungie "plants".

Then what's that whirring sound coming from your stapler, and why do you keep telling me to speak up.

That's a quote from a movie, isn't it?
And the only user anyone can know, for sure, exists, is themselves (erk @ grammar).
That is built on something some philosopher said:
"I think, therefore, I am."

Topic mb?

Anyway... Some crazy things like the said "X,B, then R twice then spin around and press X,X,A,Y" sort of things that some people have seemed to just pull out of nowhere...

But now that I think about it, there are tens of thousands of people playing thousands of games at any one moment in time, every hour of the day, since Nov.9 '04... So it is inevitable that one of those people in one of those millions of games would find something, accidentally or not.

Question change: Bungie guys, you want people to find the stuff you've hidden in the game, don't you? Would you go to the extent of 'helping' us to find them? (by the Forums etc)

Not officially, but they'd definitely do it.
