Subject: Map Variant

Ne oublie

Designed specifically for the VIP Rocket Race variant, this Sandbox rocket race covers the entire map. The towers no longer shoot at you because they have been blocked off allowing you to enjoy the entire mid-level area. I've made several landmarks as well as bridge structure in the center of the map that spans the width of the middle area. The very first hill spawn is ontop so all 4 teams have to rush to the bridge. There are two "turtleshell" structures on the ends of the center hallway and a mancannon jump off the largest dune in the center.

The landmarks include the claw, the temple, and the ruins. The temple is a regular roman style pillared structure with a killball in the center of it as sort of a pit. You need to go around that killball for a hill marker back there unless you decide to rocket jump over it to save time.

Other hills are scattered throughout the dunes with some in interesting places such as the highest dune in the level which I like to call "the Sears Tower Dune". Me and my friends place Rocket Race all the time, so it was exciting to be able to block off the towers and make a good Rocket Race on Sandbox!
