It could be for Bungie or just an armor effect they haven't announced yet like a plasma type effect.

It's the lightning armor effect >.> everyone keeps saying it's a blue flame but it's clear it's the lightning armor effect they posted when they did the big release of spartan armory things.

Edit: The lightning is not exclusive as of yet though. SO yeah, idk what they'll have but it's not the blue armor effect people are talking about. it could be a new blue flame one people don't know about, but the one people keep seeing is lightning.

if this doesn't make sense, sorry, i'll try and explain better
