The background image from the Forge lobby appears in FULL COLOR at the beginning of this custom map variant on Last Resort. As well, a side effect of this is the ability to get under the map in Theater Mode.

PLEASE NOTE: This only works in an Xbox Live Forge Lobby. It does NOT work in a LOCAL lobby. You have to be in the game by yourself. No one else can be in the lobby, not XBL friends, other profiles, or guests.
After you start the game… At the beginning of the game there is a black screen and then the player screen appears briefly. Then, the background image from the Forge Lobby showing Masterchief driving a Warthog with the Guilty Spark Monitor floating next to the vehicle appears for about 3 seconds.
However, unlike the background screen from the lobby which is shaded BLUE, this image is in full color. The top part of the screen has the PINK spirals that are typically seen when you go under the map in addition to some black background. When the game finishes loading you will instantly die because of the way the FORGE map is designed with a respawn point outside of the map on the beach on Last Resort.
Unfortunately, this background image of the Warthog does NOT show up when you view the game in Theater Mode... The first 3 seconds of the game are completely blacked out.
However, a side effect is that you're Camera view is NOT linked to where you're corpse is in the water. Rather it is on the beach, and apparently next to a boulder. If you STOP the game at exactly 0:06 seconds, when the player screen appears (RED pop up -- what you see when you press the BACK button) you'll then be able to go under the map.
1. When in Theater Mode stop the game at exactly 0:06 seconds.
2. Press the "Y" button to leave the 1st person view.
3. Using the "Left Thumbstick" move backwards a little bit until you see underneath the sand.
4. Press "LB" so that you are underneath enough to not pop back up again.
5. Fly around underneath the map.
