"Come on you big dumb apes"...I remember hearing Johnson attempting to hurry us past this area by saying such. I also, later, remember thinking... Later, after I found the ape/caveman, I slowed my pace each and every time Bungie writers attempted to push me.There is another Easter egg found near the beginning of the final level. Just after you pickup the last skull and turn the corner, to the left, you will come across a drop off. This is one of those mechanics which always cause me to stop. After proceeding their is no getting back unless you restart from the previous checkpoint. It is here where Bungie, once more, attempts to hurry you via dialogue provided by Cortana. After exploring this area, you come across an aspect of Forerunner engineering that allows you to make your way inside an arched hallway. To your left you will find a Marathon terminal. To the right, if you can make the leap, you will find another Easter egg. I will leave that for you to find. No glitching required to make your way here. Just good jumping.[Edited on 05.01.2009 10:10 AM PDT]
