I just realized that this picture had gotten a few comments.
This screenshot is on The Covenant and is out of the map in the 2 Scarab battle area. I climbed from the first tower that you must deactivate, teleported to the end area using another glitch, and then loaded a checkpoint in the final area. It loads weird towers out of the map with the background texture on their back sides.
I am pretty sure the random letters are a placeholder for textures, but like the Easter Egg on Sandtrap, it doesn't have a specific texture assigned to it. I was playing co-op, so I was able to move Chief and the Arbiter infront of the wall.
