I watched the video, it was 8 kills, not 7. The order is double kill(2), triple kill(3), overkill(4), killtacular(5), killtrocity(6), killamanjaro(7), killtastrophe(8), killpocalypse(9), and killionaire(10). I've got a video of a guy getting a killionaire in BTB Territories on Sandtrap in my file share that shows the full order.
