Subject:

A pre-foundry forger.

This is a map I've created to put the elevator mechanic to good use. There are two elevators so that the map can transport multiple players at a time. The original design for this level all flowed in one direction, but favored the first player up the elevator too highly. Now players can enter from either direction. There are hidden items in this level (including a garage holding a Gauss Warthog that can only be opened from the inside) and there are many opportunities to create difficult to manage traps. A series of shield doors ensures that enemies are sure to have to confront your trip mines face to face, a room full of fusion coils makes reaching the best weapons a stressful experience and sniper views out of the upper level make walking out in the open very dangerous.

I've designed this to work with slayer gametypes, but it wouldn't take much to convert the level to support other favored game modes.
