I'M SERIOUS!

So I was watching a clip from a submission for the next episode of The Top 10 Series, Top 10 EXterminations, when I paused the frame and saw something very odd in the elite's shield.
The elite had just been killed by a rocket, and on his shield damage, was a crude but obvious face of a dog.
I very much doubt this is an Easter Egg, more a lucky coincidence but there is no denying, ITS THERE!
