Sky Dog Fight
Built in the sky bubble area, sky dog fight has one base for each team. At each base there are 2 plasma pistols, 1 rocket launcher, 2 fuel rod guns, 1 banshee, 1 transport hornet,1 sniper, 1 missle pod, and 1 hornet, along with plasma grenades. Each base also has a teleporter that takes them to a small island with a banshee( 1 island for each team) there is a man cannon on each base that shoots the player to another small island, with deployable cover and a spartan laser. a man cannon can shoot players from the island back to the base. at each base there is a scorpion on a small piece of land, which is ment to be used as a turret until destroyed
currently, the only gametype for this map is slayer. i will be making it work with assualt, and then possibly capture the flag. Im also thinking of making a custom variant for this map.
i'd say this map would work well with 6-16 players, if you allow passengers on the hornets. also a player from each team can man the scorpion, snipe, use the missle pod, rocket luncher, fuel rod gun, or even fire fully charged shots with the plasma pistol from the base. or go to the islands for their equipment.
I have posted some pictures from forge and a custom game showing the map. I would also be happy to hear your comments and criticisms, and also your ideas on how i can improve this map
